Lamborghini to get a customized Ledger Stax hardware wallet

The automotive giant Lamborghini is making strides in the crypto space. The supercar legend will have its own branded hardware wallet, made with Ledger Stax, a premium hardware wallet by the parent company Ledger.

Ledger announced its wallet integration with Lamborghini on X, which provides a safe and secure custom Ledger Stax.

Ledger is a French crypto security company specifically known for offering hardware wallets, and Ledger Stax is its premium hardware wallet.

For the uninitiated, a hardware wallet is a physical device that stores users’ private keys offline. A hardware wallet looks very similar to a USB drive.

If you think Lamborghini car owners/drivers can benefit from the hardware wallet, that’s not really the case. At least, the company has not officially declared any benefits. As of now, Ledger is giving a customizable hardware with a Lamborghini theme.

Ledger announced the key partnership with an interesting opening line, “Wen Lambo? Now”, which matches the name Lamborghini. Wen Lambo is a very popular crypto slang and meme used to describe a commonly asked question — when a cryptocurrency/project is expected to surge.

Ledger stated that the new partnership venture will become live in early 2026; however, no specific month of launch has been declared.

“Each signer will also come with custom packaging and a branded Magnet Folio”, said Ledger executives. In detail, the Ledger Stax’s hardware device will be available in Lamborghini-themed packaging and will have a magnetic cover.

Lamborghini’s Web3 strides

Lamborghini has actively made its mark in the digital asset sector by launching its own NFT projects. The company partnered with NFT PRO and INVNT to develop the Lamborghini-branded NFTs.

Some Lamborghini car dealers allow customers to pay in crypto through payment providers. For example, the Lamborghini car dealer in Paramus, New Jersey, accepts crypto payments via BitPay.

Lamborghini’s entry into the Web3 sector is also commendable. The company has teamed up with Animoca Brands to build a digital engagement platform called Fast ForWorld, which provides gaming and digital collectibles related to Lamborghini.
