Dgpays, a global fintech services provider, has named seasoned financial leader Nandan Mer as its new Group Chief Executive Officer. Mer will officially step into the role on September 1, 2025.
With over 35 years of experience in the banking and payments industry, Mer is known for driving growth and innovation in international markets. Before joining Dgpays, he was the Group CEO for Network International and Chairman of its subsidiaries, based in Dubai.
Mer’s extensive career includes leadership positions at American Express, Citigroup, and Mastercard, where he managed business expansion and transformation across the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Delhi and an MBA in finance from the University of Massachusetts.
