One of the world’s largest crypto trading platforms, Gate Exchange, announced the launch of Gate.com in an endeavor to cater to the Middle East and North African regions (MENA). Catering to over 36 million registered customers in 190+ countries globally, offering spot and futures trading, and DeFi services, the platform will change its domain to Gate.com.
“As part of its strategy to further grow as the most trusted and easily accessible entry into global digital assets, the company is officially changing its domain name to Gate.com.” read the Gate Exchange’s press release.
“Our transition to Gate.com is more than a domain change. It reflects our mission to simplify access to the digital economy and strengthen our global footprint,” said Anna Lou, Chief Coordinator Officer at Gate. “The MENA region holds immense potential, and we are excited to work closely with the community to unlock new opportunities through innovation and collaboration.”
Having discovered the potential within the MENA region, which is quickly becoming a leader in digital assets and blockchain innovation, Gate is seeking to provide both retail and institutional users with enhanced financial instruments. In addition, it will help expand the local Web3 community by supporting educational events and initiatives, and developing partnerships.
So, Gate will soon announce the official dates for its “The Power of Now” events in Dubai. These events will give people a chance to share what they know, meet new people, and build communities that will help make the Web3 ecosystem in the MENA region stronger and more connected.
In 2025, Gate also reached another important goal when it became an official sponsor of Oracle Red Bull Racing. This partnership puts Gate’s branding on the team’s cars, which connects blockchain technology with Formula 1. This makes fans more interested and helps create new digital assets.
