Top 3 massive token unlocks in Q4: Arbitrum, Aptos, and Sui face the test

Token Unlock

Falling leaves and falling prices are not the sole crypto features of September; token unlocks are quite dominant in this month, with several blockchain projects releasing a portion of their tokens locked. Even October is making significant footprints in token unlocking, with Sui as one of the major coins. As the token unlock period approaches, AltCoin Desk has selected its top three picks: Arbitrum, Aptos, and Sui.

Token unlocks unlock a clear idea

Crypto projects often clasp tokens for investors, teams, or ecosystem incentives nd later unlock them gradually into circulation. Token unlock can mean a lot: new opportunities, increased circulating supply, heavy sell pressure, downward price, or even liquidity boost.

When a token unlock happens, the circulating supply of the token increases, the token price decreases due to high demand, and liquidity (buy and sell) grows. Sometimes prices remain unchanged as the market is already priced in it.
