New York, 20 April 2026: Olas – an AI agent platform that focuses on user-ownership – has released a new out-of-home (OOH) campaign across bus shelters in New York City, transforming ordinary city moments into creative prompts for reflection.
Olas’ campaign – which across high-footfall locations – revolves around a simple line, “AI could never…”, prompting people who are just walking by to think about human individuality, connection, creativity, and autonomy.

At a moment when AI is rapidly blurring the line between human and machine, this AI start-up is going back to basics, meeting people where they are, quite literally, on the streets, stations, and screens of everyday life, to ask a more personal question: what remains irreducibly, uniquely human?
From humour to introspection, the campaign has sparked reactions across the city, with people pausing, photographing, and sharing their own responses. In a city known for its vibrant, fast-paced street life, the campaign is cutting through the noise, turning commutes into moments of existential reflection and conversation.
David Minarsch, CEO of Valory and Founding Member of Olas said, “We’re at a point where AI can do more than ever before – but that doesn’t mean it should own more of our lives. This campaign is a visible reminder that there are still things that can’t be replicated, and more importantly, shouldn’t be. At Olas, we’re building towards a future where people don’t just use AI, they own it, and have a real stake in how it evolves.”
Olas is designed to put users first, and through Pearl, their AI Agent app store, the company is pioneering a model where users truly own their agents rather than renting them.
