Tokyo is set to become the epicenter of the global Web3 conversation later this month as WebX 2025 returns for its third edition. Organized by CoinPost, Japan’s leading crypto and Web3 media outlet, the flagship event will run from August 25–26 at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, attracting more than 15,000 participants from nearly 100 countries.
This year’s theme, “Connecting the Nodes, Beyond the Screen,” reflects the conference’s mission to unite policymakers, tech leaders, and entrepreneurs to explore Japan’s growing influence on global blockchain regulation and innovation.
Five stages of innovation
The two-day program will host sessions across five stages, the BitLending Stage, UPCX Stage, Bitcoin.jp Stage, UXLINK Stage, and Fireside Chat Stage, highlighting breakthrough startups, industry-defining projects, and real-world blockchain applications.
More than 200 speakers are confirmed, including high-profile names such as Caroline D. Pham, Acting Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission; Andrea Baglioni, Head of Capital at Solana Foundation; Arthur Hayes, CIO of Maelstrom; and Nischint Sanghavi, Head of Digital Currencies for Asia Pacific at VISA.
Networking beyond the main event
Attendees will have access to over 100 side events across Tokyo, from meetups and workshops to exclusive gatherings like the WebX AfterParty and VIP/Speaker Party. The experience will also include cultural and leisure activities, such as a traditional Japanese tea ceremony, massage lounges, and networking lunches.
Adding a visual spectacle, the conference will feature the WebX 2025 Drone Show on August 25, closing the day with a display over Tokyo’s skyline.
Supported by major sponsors including Bitbank, UPCX, BitLending, SBI Holdings, TRON, Gate, Spacecoin, and Bitcoin.jp, WebX 2025 continues to position itself as Asia’s leading hub for Web3 innovation.
